Papa Wemba, very title Jules Shungu Wembadio Pene Kikumba, occurs as Congolese singer and one of Africa's biggest music stars. Papa Wemba was one of a original members of Zaiko Langa Langa, one of Congo's most popular elastic in the seventies & eighties. In 17 February, 2004 he was arrested in Belgium on suspicion of aiding illegal immigration. He appeared around the French court on 25 October, 2004 and, was at length observed shamefaced. He was sentenced to the Xxx-year clink term, however about period served was suspended.
